This iconic drink from Spain is mostly known under its red version (sangria comes from the Spanish word sangre, meaning blood) and is usually made with wines from the Rioja region. Meet her little sister Sangria Blanca, more delicate and refreshing. This recipe, created by Patrick Beaulieu, features honey wine.
