Vanilla sponge cake, yogurt mousse and raspberry jam pressed between a thin insert of cheesecake and an oatmeal, yogurt and white chocolate crumble. “I wanted a simple-looking cake, a ‘naked cake’ that can be decorated for any occasion,” says Marilou of this dessert that will look great covered in berries for the summer season.
