Raspberry & Green Tea Punch

Ingredients

  • 250 mL (1 cup) fresh raspberries
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) orange juice
  • 1 L (4 cups) fresh water
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) honey
  • 4 bags (30 mL / 2 tbsp.) green tea
  • 1 L (4 cups) ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Purée raspberries and orange juice with an immersion blender and set aside.
  2. Bring water and honey to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add tea bags and raspberry purée, and steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain to remove tea bags and raspberry seeds.
  4. Pour hot liquid in a pitcher and add ice cubes. Let stand until ice cubes melt. Add more ice cubes as needed and serve.

Chef’s secret

Can be frozen to make popsicles
