La Bêlerie Lamb

La Belerie was born out of a somewhat crazy dream of two city dwellers, Myriam Langlois and Jamie Schofield. They quit their respective careers to settle in the countryside to raise lambs. La Bêlerie has been helping Quebecers discover this meat since 2016, offering much more than the classic chops and leg of lamb. This summer make friends with your barbecue and prepare their delicious and unusual kebabs and sausages. A simple way to get to know this kind of meat!
