Ingredients

  • 1 lb (454 g) de tomates mûres, trognons enlevés, épépinées, coupées en deux et tranchées en morceaux de 1 po d’épaisseur
  • 45 ml (3 c. à table) d’huile d’olive extra vierge
  • 65 ml (¼ tasse) de vinaigre balsamique Stefano
  • 225 g (1 boule) de burrata, défaite à la main
  • 4 tranches de pain croûté italien
  • Feuilles de basilic frais (garniture)
  • Sel et poivre fraîchement moulu, au goût

Preparation

  • Griller les tranches de pain jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient légèrement dorées.
  • Disposer les tranches de pain sur une assiette de service, ajouter les tranches de tomates, saler et poivrer, et étaler les morceaux de burrata. Saler et poivrer de nouveau avant de verser un filet d’huile d’olive extra vierge et de vinaigre balsamique Stefano.
  • Garnir de feuilles de basilic frais et servir.
