Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 30 mL (1 oz.) vodka
  • 60 mL (2 oz.) ginger ale
  • 80 mL (⅓ cup) white beer
  • 4 mint leaves

Directions 

Fill a glass with ice cubes. 
Squeeze the lime over the glass then drop it in. 
Add the remaining ingredients and stir gently. 

Chef’s secret

BEFORE ADDING THE MINT LEAVES TO THE GLASS, SMACK THEM BETWEEN YOUR HANDS TO HELP EXTRACT THEIR FLAVOUR.
